Hiring Models
We give you the flexibility of hiring our developers on hourly, weekly or monthly basis. The ultimatum is let your project get completed on time.
Full Time Hiring
Having opted for Full Time Hiring model, you get full control on our developer which in return let you be in constant touch with them. You get the authority to treat our dedicated web developer as your additional employee. In order to complete your project development within the time limit, you can take the maximum possible work from them. Furthermore, you become the project manager and control the entire project development resources at your end. To make it simple, let’s say that your employee will be working on your project sitting at some other location and the work will be done at unexpectedly low cost.
Guidelines:
- Each of our dedicated web developer will be working 5 days a week and 8 hours a day for you.
- The work shall be carried out only in day shifts i.e. 10.00 AM to 5.00 PM (GMT +6 Kathmandu).
- All the interaction between the client and our developer will be done either through chat, mail, telephone calls or video conferencing.
- Invoicing takes place on a monthly basis.
- You hold the responsibility and authority of managing the entire project development from your end.
- If at all, our dedicated web developer goes on leave then those hours will be added to the next working day as per your comfort level. Depending upon the situation, we can even arrange another backup resource for your project in such cases.
Part time Hiring
Having opted for Part time hiring model, you will be authorized to take work from our web developer for a time limit of 4 hrs a day. You get the consent of being in constant touch with our hired web developer for those 4 hours through the entire project development phase.

- Each of our dedicated web developer will be working 5 days a week and 8 hours a day for you.
- The work shall be carried out only in day shifts i.e. 10.00 AM to 2.00 PM or 2:00 PM to 6.00 PM (GMT +6 Kathmandu).
- All the interaction between the client and our developer will be done either through chat, mail, telephone calls or video conferencing.
- Invoicing takes place on a monthly basis.
- You hold the responsibility and authority of managing the entire project development from your end.
- If at all our dedicated web developer goes on leave then those hours will be added to the next working day as per your comfort level. Depending upon the situation, we can even arrange another backup resource for your project in such cases.
Hourly Hiring
Hourly hiring model gives you the flexibility of hiring our web developer taking the hours of work into consideration. It is as simple as paying us for the number of hours you take the work from our web developers.
